You don't even want to get into other people's mess. Due to a very limited number of friends, you do not get help and patronage from people in general. The science of numerology is the science of periodicity. The Sun, the Moon, the planets, in fact all laws of nature observe certain periods. The Earth takes 365 days, 6 hours, 9 minutes and 9.7 seconds to complete one orbit around the Sun in the sidereal zodiac. The length of the lunar moon is 29 days, 12 hours, 44 minutes and 2.9 seconds. Thus, roughly, the full moon day occurs every 30 days. Man, being the part of the universe is influenced by the laws of periodicity. Therefore periodicity in the heavens is also reflected in the human beings. The menstrual cycle in women is of 28 days and the period of gestation covers, on an average, 280 days. Certain types of fevers last for a fixed number of days. There are numerous examples of periodicity and pattern in almost every thing. The theory of microcosm and macrocosm is the corner stone of all old systems of philosophy. Plato said that the God geometrises. The fate of a person is laid out in a set and systematic patterns. Therefore the patterns should be identified and the unknown element be discovered on the basis of known elements. If two angles of a triangle are known, a person familiar to geometry is able to calculate the third angle. So is it with numbers. If the numbers which have played an important role in the past life of an individual are known, a past pattern can be recognized. A numerologist is able to extrapolate and lay out the blue print of the future. He is able to indicate the numbers which would figure prominently in future events e.g dates, or years. Hence, good or bad future events can be predicted by the pattern of days, dates, months and year numbers of past events. Numerology is a very interesting subject, much easier to learn and practice than any other predictive system. Oh yes, it works. Edit: The theory of microcosm and microcosm means the universe is the macrocosm and man is the microcosm or epitome of the universe.
